John Cocktosten Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 EJ locks on to one WR and hope he gets wide open. Then he throws it late or high. No pocket awareness and he can't extend plays consistently. He is who we thought he was.
Nitro Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 EJ had his problems but the line did not help with poor blocking. WRs were invisible, 6 catches for 33 yards. The secondary of SD shut them down.
BuffaloFan68 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 EJ is looking more & more like Trentative - No passion!
Best Player Available Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 The Bills played a good playoff caliber team today , and were exposed. marrone cannot manage clock, Hack-its play calling speaks for itself In the end they had no QB to even try and execute this mess.
FistingBot Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 EJ is just a very conservative QB by nature. I think that is fine in close games when our running game is getting it done. But, he seems not to know when it is time to take some chances. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded a pick at the end of the game if he was throwing a 50/50 ball to take a shot down field given the game situation. I do mind him taking check downs and sacks when down 2 scores deep in his own end. Know what the game situation calls for.

Dorkington Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 The OL was pretty poor in pass protection. Can't be giving up that much pressure with a mostly 4 man rush.
SmokinES3 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 He can't even throw a 4 yard pass that isn't way off target...

PastaJoe Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 JJ Watts can't wait to welcome the Bills OL to Houston.
Nitro Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) Orton is a statue. He would not have been any more effective. The line was beat often by the SD D-line Edited September 21, 2014 by Nitro
JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Guess I'll keep my avatar after al ...
SmokinES3 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Hahaha that throw was laughable. Beurlein and Tasker don't even know what to say.
Big C Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Could have made something happen. Taking too much time.
