Fan in Chicago Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Need adjustments in second half. Considering they get ball first in second half
bbb Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 I have the Chargers kicker in one fantasy football league and Carpenter in another. Conflicted. This is why I HATE fantasy football
Best Player Available Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Two times outs left on the table
KOKBILLS Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) That was so unacceptable by Marrone...SD getting the ball back in the 2nd half...Just terrible clock management...Asleep at the wheel... Edited September 21, 2014 by KOKBILLS
BRH Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 They could take the wind instead of the ball. Of course, the wind doesn't seem to affect Rivers much.
voodoo poonani Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Terrible. Manhandled on both offense and defense. No spark, no energy. Stupid mistakes and penalties. They need to do an about face in the second half.
HalftimeAdjustment Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Need adjustments in second half. Considering they get ball first in second half Yes. Let's see what we can do differently. Maybe we can get a few runs over 4 yards.
Augie Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) Can I change my score prediction now? I may have erred on the optimistic side... I may have been overwhelmed with that darn irrational exuberance. Again, I'm glad we are still in it! Edited September 21, 2014 by Augie
Dorkington Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Sadly, the "real" Bills showed up today... Very flat, lots of bad penalties, and outclassed in every respect. We'll see if our coaches can make some adjustments, but I'm not feeling great about this. 2-1 is still better than I expected so far, so I'm not too mad
Nitro Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 The slow start has put the Bills in a bad spot. EJ will be counted on to throw the ball when he has the wind. WRs have 3 catches of 7 yards. Them need to win the one on one battles.
nucci Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Two times outs left on the table When should they have used them? Announcers were wrong. Bills should not have stopped the clock during Chargers drive.
BillsFan3434 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 You can hate on the offense and it would be understood. However, the Chargers have been better in all aspects of the game. Huge special teams mistakes, our defense can't get of the field, can't cover receivers, coaches can't manage the game. At the end of the half we are only down by 10 is the best thing I can take away from this. 1 TD from being back in this thing.
3putt Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 The d looked gassed. Need to move the ball. And hit Rivers.
BuffaloBill Posted September 21, 2014 Author Posted September 21, 2014 This game is in EJs hands. You have to throw the D in there also. sD starts the second half with the ball
Fixxxer Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 that could have gone a lot worse than it did, we were on our heels on D and the offense could not find any rhythm. We can still win this one.
Big C Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 When should they have used them? Announcers were wrong. Bills should not have stopped the clock during Chargers drive. Agreed

If they have any kind of mettle, the put forth a much more intense and focused effort.
Luxy312 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Wind or no wind, make some adjustments. Rivers isn't appearing to have ANY difficulty with the wind. Throw it harder or throw it softer. Enough with the 1-2 yard dump offs under the coverage and just praying that someone makes something happen. Over half of their yards came from just two plays. That's just not acceptable.
