well, very surprising, all the outrage(justified)about domestic violence seems to be everywhere but san fran.. who would have thought?

Mainly because McDonald has just been accused of. Unlike Hardy, who is appealing a conviction, and Peterson who was indited. Once charges are filed or a video comes out he'll be pulled as well as the rest of them.

It's currently team choice. The nfl hasn't sat anyone but rice.

 

Curious to see if the nfl chalks some of this up as time served or if the guys will be seeing 6 games after being benched during the trials

No charges have been filed. I'm sure that as soon as they are, he'll be heading to the exempt commissioner's permission list right along with AP and Hardy.

In regards to Rice, I can't see how the appeal/arbitration could go any other way than his. He was suspended 2 games before the rule changed and the CBA clearly states that a player cannot be punished twice for the same incident. However, he's still going to be without a team as I can't see any teams picking him up this year.
