Freddie's Dead Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 (edited) We measure players here by whether they can carry Fred's jockstrap. Five jockstraps is 2011 MVP Fred, one jockstrap is Fred in the making. 5 jockstraps CJ Spiller - By far the best player on the field. Had the play of the game. Miami breaks the shutout to close the lead to 9-3. CJ answers with 102 yd KOR for 6 (EP by Dan the Man), and the Bills recaptured the Mo that Miami stole at the beginning of the 2nd half. Corey Graham - Had another monster game in the secondary, 4 passes defensed. A brilliant signing by OBD. Sammy Watkins - Fantastic coming out party at home for the rook. We will see a lot of Sammy this year, 4 jockstraps Seantrel Henderson - With Cameron Wake's performance last week against the Patriots*, the spotlight was on Henderson. Never saw Wake pressure EJ at all. This troubled 7th round pick looks like the steal of the 2014 draft right now. Hopefully the young man's issues are behind him, and he'll be the Bills RT for a long long time. 3 jockstraps Defensive line - Williams, Dareus, Hughes, and Williams were monsters all day, clogging running lanes and pressuring Tannehill all day. This defense is for real. Nigel Bradham - All over the field today, and a pass defensed. Also had the 2nd biggest hit of the day. Robert Woods - Another solid receiving effort from Woods. He also had the hit of the day when he absolutely destroyed the Miami KR. Coaching - Marrone's staff owns Philbin's staff. When Carpenter hit the upright, CBS showed Philbin pumping both fists and screaming YEAH!, down 26-10 with like 5 minutes to go. Idiot. I'm not a Marrone fan, but he was right about CJ as a KR, so maybe he's not Maroon. And we gotta give Crossman some props for the ST play. Nice when you got players and a guy who can actually punt (and I'm a huge Moorman fan, but it was time). Boobie Dixon - almost forgot about Anthony, but the best punt block since Jason Peters and some tough late runs gets you 3 jocks. 2 jockstraps EJ Manuel - Missed some touchdown throws early, but managed the game efficiently and took care of the rock. Getting more comfortable with his option reads. Nice to see the developing chemistry with Sammy. Needs to go to the Caveman more. 1 jockstrap Bills Secondary other than Graham - Leodis solid, late INT to seal it, Williams, Williams, solid, Robey knocking out Moreno, Gilmore (well, not so much). Tampa Bob Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Fred must have left his jockstrap at home today. Terrible game for him. 12 for 24...yikes. Expect more like this from him this year. Maybe spiller can finally get on the field in the red zone if jackson keeps sucking terribly. Silly to leave the best player on the sideline when we can't even score in the red zone.

Leave.
Tampa Bob Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 dude.... Just. Leave. Nah. I'll stay here for a while. You know I'm right and that upsets you. Fred was horrible today and you know that there is a lot more of this to come. He'll have his rare decent run like last week, but I think today shows his age is catching up with him. He went down as soon as anyone touched him today.

Dorkington Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 (edited) Miami had a good run defense today other than one or two runs. Fred and Boobie both struggled, and so did CJ other than the big one, really. I think Miami should be given credit for how they played the run against us. (outside the big one, CJ had 11 carries for 22 yards, like I said, Miami played the run very well today) Edited September 14, 2014 by Dorkington

Freddie's Dead Posted September 14, 2014 Author Posted September 14, 2014 Bob, I want to thank you for pissing me off so much that I finally signed up for TSW. Blasphemy and apostasy such as yours must be met with firm resistance. Fred must have left his jockstrap at home today. Terrible game for him. 12 for 24...yikes. Silly to leave the best player on the sideline when we can't even score in the red zone. Fred had a huge catch out of the backfield early to set up a field goal. Miami sold out on the run to have EJ beat them though the air, which EJ did.

cjatcreek07 Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Great win for the Bills today and Fred Jackson is one of the best overall football players on this team! Tampon bob couldn't even wash Fred's jock let alone hold it. I don't know if he's more pathetic at being a fan or a troll.
swnybillsfan Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 (edited) i think kyle should get a sixth strap for getting a sack when he wasn't even on the field! (carryover from the announcer thread) Edited September 14, 2014 by swnybillsfan
Freddie's Dead Posted September 14, 2014 Author Posted September 14, 2014 i thijnk kyle should get a sixth strap for getting a sack when he wasn't even on the field! (carryover from the announcer thread) I didn't post it, but Fred, Kyle, and Dan Carpenter are assumed to have 5 jockstraps going in to the game.

ndirish1978 Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Only with your mom I have literally never seen you make a comment that's NOT talking crap about Fred. Total troll. Also, I'd say that's the definition of crusading-can't the mods just ban you already?
Freddie's Dead Posted September 15, 2014 Author Posted September 15, 2014 Jockstraps are usually rewarded to players that didn't play well. The Fred Jackson Jockstrap is a talisman of immense power, making the wearer invincible on the football field.
