Tyrod's Tailor Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Actually I remember now...he did die. I had a friend who's brother's father's high school's math teacher was the guy who died. True story. story in OP says he was injured.
ExiledInIllinois Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) He slid down 4 times and the 5th time was when the accident happened. Ban all railings! End the carnage! Railings are just too enticing... ;-) Yet, seriously... I know it sounds stupid, but make railing slide proof... There are a lot of regs in OSHA standards that discourage unsafe behavior. Railings are one category where they make them higher now so people don't have the urge to sit on top of them. Bumps, dips, knobs... LoL... Really. Didn't Napolean "invent" the three buttons on the sleeve of a coat (think sport/dress coat) so his troops would NOT wipe thier faces with said sleeves of their uniforms? So legend has it! Kinda like how hog rings work on a pig's nose... To stop them from rutting up the ground. Edited September 12, 2014 by ExiledInIllinois
