Does anyone know where I can find out what the "list" prices are for SuperBowl Tickets? I don't mean the auction prices or the scalper prices, but what someone would have paid from the league or through their home team. thx

I work for a ticket broker and can assure you that the only way you will find tickets from someone for face value is if you know either a player/agent or someone who has won a lottery.

I know that the standard price for upper level seats to a super bowl is 2,000.

When and where? Maybe if you call up a broker the day after the NFC championship, but last year tickets in Houston were going for cheap, cheap, cheap the day of the game.

According to this Pats fan who was willing to spend up to $1000, he couldn't get a ticket in that price range and ended up watching it in a bar in Houston.

I am pretty sure face value for all tickets this year is $500.  FYI...Here is a table with the pricing for all past years.

I looked into this once and you have to enter into a lottery really early (like the spring) to have a chance to buy tickets at face value. The NFL only allocates a VERY small percentage to the general public. Really sucks because it ends up that corporations buy like 80% of the tickets or something ridiculous.

I'm betting he had more fun with $1000 at a bar than he would have with the one ticket he would have got for that grand!
