John from Riverside Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Its ultimately tied to the QB position..... If EJ can continue to biuld on the last game then you dont have to Play Orton.....and u essentially have maybe the best backup in the league making up for lost time in case at some point he has to play a few games.... Whaley is getting it done.....but he doesnt play or coach the games
billsfan89 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 The coaching staff and front office will be fired or kept on the strength of this season. If the team is showing good progress and finishes with 8 or more wins I think they earned one more year. IF they make the playoffs or get 10 wins its hard to see how they don't get another two years. They are far from safe but this season will make or break their jobs.
freester Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 I think it is very simple: less than 8 wins then everyone is gone. 8 wins or more and everyone stays. No extensions will be given unless we win 10 games
