BuffaloBaumer Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 The Patriots next 2 games are Vikings and then Raiders but after that, they have an extremely rough road. There is not one easy game after the ones I just mentioned. The division is going to be up for grabs and I believe all 4 teams will be in it in December.
GG Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Looks like they have a soft September, but then look out. They could go 0 for the month.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 funny thing is they were saying remember when .............. the AFCE was the toughest division and today it sucks. well, maybe history will repeat itself. @ Colts after BYE.... at least it isn't Buffalo again. @ Vikes.... from what you hear this should be an easy win.... remember when you never wanted to face the Putz after a loss?
FluffHead Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 It's the same opponents the Bills/dolphins/jets have outside of two games (those being colts and bengals)
LabattBlue Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 LOL. Writing off the Pats after one week?
BuffaloBaumer Posted September 8, 2014 Author Posted September 8, 2014 LOL. Writing off the Pats after one week? I would never write off the Pats, just saying I think it's going to be a dog fight for the division.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 At the very least, they can't be alone in first until Week 4. Seriously though, I really have no doubt they'll make it to double digit wins.
Billshank Redemption Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 LOL. Writing off the Pats after one week? We say this every year, we gotta stay humble and hungry
GG Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 LOL. Writing off the Pats after one week? Not writing off, but not a 12-13 win team, like most predicted.
Captain Caveman Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 We clinch before Thanksgiving. Just kidding.
Captain Hindsight Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 You son of a B word! Now the Pats are going to go 15-1 and win the Super Bowl
Tipster19 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Hahahahahaha, I'm feeling pretty good over yesterday's big win over the Bears but not THAT good!
hondo in seattle Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 There are two long established trends were facing: the Pats make the playoffs and we don't. It's way too early in the season for me to think either trend is broken yet. But I rub my lucky prayer beads and pray to the football gods daily.
NickelCity Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Ahh, the Monday after the first Sunday of the season.
FireChan Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Not writing off, but not a 12-13 win team, like most predicted. Again, that's what we said last year. How many wins did they have last year? The Patriots next 2 games are Vikings and then Raiders but after that, they have an extremely rough road. There is not one easy game after the ones I just mentioned. The division is going to be up for grabs and I believe all 4 teams will be in it in December. We have almost the exact same schedule.
mitchmurraydowntown Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 If we beat Miami this week, this makes more sense.
GG Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Again, that's what we said last year. How many wins did they have last year? We have almost the exact same schedule. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llgY3VBwTAo They're all a year older and a split second slower. Losing Mankins was huge. I can easily see how they can go 0 for October.
FireChan Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 They're all a year older and a split second slower. Losing Mankins was huge. I can easily see how they can go 0 for October. They may be a year older and split second slower, but that's still better than the rest of the AFCE. They came back down 24 to beat the Broncos, who made it to the Superbowl. This topic arises every year. I doubt Green Bay/Denver beats the Pats, and loses to the like of the Bills/Jets. It's just not likely. If NE goes 9-7 this year, I'd bet the rest of the AFCE goes 4-12/5-11. I'll believe Brady and Belichck don't win 12 games when it happens.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 If we beat Miami this week, this makes more sense. I have a feeling this is going to be a bruiser of a game.
