boyst Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Does anyone remember Hackett and Marrone mentioning in the offseason that CJ will be used much more in the pass game? That CJ will be put in to space more and will be used at WR. We went all preseason not seeing it. We went all the practices and camp not seeing it. We likely all forgot about it. It was said. Anyway,I did not forget it and it stuck with me because I knew what I thought the coaches knew. CJ Spiller is great in space and if given momentum before he can get the ball he is going to get YAtB (I am calling it Yards After the Ball because it's not always YAC). We saw CJ used in the passing game successfully and we all wondered if we would see this again. This has lead me to be excited because there were other things that Marrone and Co. said. I just do not remember them... Does anyone else remember any thing they had said?
