YoloinOhio Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 (edited) Mike Williams. Robert woods. Sammy Watkins (tho called back) Not perfect passes. Amazing catches. Feels good. Those are the kinds of players you need to win and help your QB. EJ Made great throws in games last year like ATL where the Wrs let him down!!! No, I don't miss Stevie. Hazed and Amuzed Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Robert Woods is the best WR on this team and has been since last year.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Robert Woods is the best WR on this team and has been since last year. It's hard not to love how the guy attacks the ball, runs after the catch and initiates contact.
Kelly the Dog Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 That is one of the reasons I had hope. We have four really good WR. Woods is very good. I'm not sure whether Marrone's handling of Woods and Hogan in the preseason had any affect at all on what happened, but the fact is, Woods excelled, and Hogan was on the bench.
GunnerBill Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Robert Woods is a superb player and you can see EJ trusts him. Don't know if it is coming in at the same time in the same rookie class but he seems to have the best chemistry.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 There was a lot of hub bub over Woods not being a "starter" in the preseason, but even a running team like the Bills will obviously have 3 receivers who see a majority of reps. I'd love to see us continue to run the ball 60% or more of the time, but I feel a little better about our chances if we're down a couple scores.
GunnerBill Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Did Hogan or Goodwin play at all? I thought I saw Goodwin's number on a replay at one point but honestly not sure.
YoloinOhio Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 It's hard not to love how the guy attacks the ball, runs after the catch and initiates contact. i watched him at USC and he was dominant. I remember him putting up almost 200yds as a true freshman on THE Richard Sherman when RS was a sr. I was ecstatic when we drafted him!
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Did Hogan or Goodwin play at all? I saw hogan on ST.

Wayne Cubed Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Did Hogan or Goodwin play at all? Goodwin was the receiver that EJ was trying to go to on the INT I believe.
Tampa Bob Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Robert Woods is the best WR on this team and has been since last year. Great game for woods Wish he got more opportunities because I liked his aggressiveness today.
Green Lightning Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Kid's a gamer. Hogan is a practice phenom. Lock him up DW!
