CountryCletus Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Someone REALLY called the cops bc of deer in the road?
ExiledInIllinois Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 There are more deer now than there were in 1900. Rats I tell you, suburban rats! Just introduce a big cat (no, not that Big Cat)... You know how many miles one can cover. That should put the people @ ease... No deer problem. :-) Someone REALLY called the cops bc of deer in the road? Not just a road... The Golden Gate Bridge. ;-P
Fan in San Diego Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Someone REALLY called the cops bc of deer in the road? They should have called Mario
Nanker Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Here in my adopted state (confusion being my natural state), deer are quite a problem. Hunters harvest about 50,000 each year. And over 7,000 are reported hit by cars every year - but more are hit that aren't reported. I know. I smacked two of the bastages myself.
Chef Jim Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Someone REALLY called the cops bc of deer in the road? Well not just a road where they could scamper away. Them being in the GG bridge is kind of different. Oh and those weren't mine. I'm cooking a dead rabbit today.
Wacka Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 When I lived there, the conservative radio station ac;;ed them "giant antlered rats" when reporting one of themdead on the highway.

Chef Jim Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Is this when I tell you that the venison that I am bringing to the tailgate was peeled up off the highway? Does it really matter how it was killed?

CountryCletus Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Does it really matter how it was killed? Not really- significantly more important is how long it had been laying along side the road before I got to it..,,
