boyst Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Thanks. Me no goody with linkies. Play Zelda, you'll get better. Just gotta know how to use Link.
LB3 Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Play Zelda, you'll get better. Just gotta know how to use Link. Oh man. What I wouldn't give to be able to play that right now and just walk around bombing mountainsides looking for wizard to gamble with.
K D Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I like Marquise and want him to succeed but he needs to embrace Buffalo and then we will embrace him. I get the feeling he doesn't want to be here and would rather be down in Texas running track or something. It's too bad, I feel like he could be pretty good if he committed to just football and built himself up a little so he won't get hurt every play. His "track workouts" clearly aren't working for him
Andy1 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Documentary on Goodwin on now. Interesting...
LOVEMESOMEBILLS Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Documentary on Goodwin on now. Interesting... What a great story. I'm rooting for him now more then ever. Thanks for the heads up. GO BILLS!!!!
BobDVA Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Heartwarming, the love for his sister. I am happy he is a Bill.
YoloinOhio Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 I caught the end of his segment because I forgot it was on. Wow.
Delusional Bills Optimist Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 I think there was an earlier thread on this, but, damn, how can you not root for a stand-up guy like that. Hopefully, he proves himself to be a valuable asset. If he does, I can't imagine an owner like Terry Pegula not taking care of him, so that he can take care of his family, even if its just a higher percentage of guaranteed money and not an earth shattering contract..
BringBackFergy Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 What a great story. I'm rooting for him now more then ever. Thanks for the heads up. GO BILLS!!!! Ditto
Andy1 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 It was really a great story. I was captivated by the story for a bit before I thought to post. It focused on the relationship between him and his physically disabled sister who has never been able to walk. He's hoping his performance this year can earn him a contract so he can build a home where his sister can move freely in while in her wheelchair. I will be rooting for him all year.
Mark80 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Good luck Marquise! You certainly have some great motivation to work for. Awesome piece.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 (edited) It was awesome to see what motivates the young man. He's an uncommonly selfless person and I find that to be very refreshing. Here's to him reaching his ultimate personal goal for his sister's benefit. Edited September 10, 2014 by 26CornerBlitz
Peter Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Does anyone here know whether they will re-broadcast this? I missed it unfortunately.
34-78-83 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 A great piece on Goodwin for sure. I hope he gets the chance to make that next contract. He's just gotta stay healthy.
VirginiaMike Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 A very touching story! Makes me glad that Godwin is a member of the Buffalo Bills. Nice to have good people on your team!
