BarleyNY Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 Really smart to get this done now. I fear that Romeo's 2 gap system might hinder him.
YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2014 Author Posted September 2, 2014 His stats are sick. Since 2012 he is ranked 1st in the league in pretty much everything, and can play any position on the DL. He is squeaky clean off the field and a team leader. Very happy for him.
Heels20X6 Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 He also has a ridiculous slap shot. The Sabres should look at him.
jr1 Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I was hoping this was about him becoming a rapper
YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2014 Author Posted September 2, 2014 wow, Cowherd is totally slamming the deal. He says you don't pay pass rushers that much.
4merper4mer Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I didn't click the link but I promise I will not buy any of his albums. These crossover acts never work. An Actor? Maybe. A record deal? NO WAY!

Jim in Anchorage Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I know it's the old hindsight thing but we could have drafted him instead of our troubled lard can.
YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2014 Author Posted September 2, 2014 I know it's the old hindsight thing but we could have drafted him instead of our troubled lard can. Yeah, I like Marcel but that is very true. This is the best article, from right after the draft: Texans will rue the night they took Pizza Boy J.J. Wonder if Detroit would swap Nick Fairley for JJ right now?

YoloinOhio Posted September 2, 2014 Author Posted September 2, 2014 Chris Trapasso @ChrisTrapasso 3m Details on Watt deal per @AlbertBreer: $30.876M gtd at signing, another $21M becomes fully gtd if he’s on roster at start '16 league year.
Joe Miner Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I know it's the old hindsight thing but we could have drafted him instead of our troubled lard can. There was a lot of people we could have had. But not 1 team would have drafted Watt over MD. No one that I recall was talking about Watt as a top 5 pick.

BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 (edited) too much $$$ too soon. He had a VERY good season in 2012, but if you look at last season his sack #'s 10.5 those were equal to or slightly better than 3 Bills Defenders. Bills with 10 or more sacks Mario Williams 13 Kyle Williams 10.5 Jerry Hughes 10 and just because Marcell Dareus 7.5 Edited September 2, 2014 by BillsFan-4-Ever
