I think the Titans took a punter because they really thought they'd get their guy and had no contingency. Could have been Jacksonville, but I'm pretty sure it was Tennessee. Hogan runs better routes and can actually track the ball while it's in the air -- both are things TJ never bothered to learn how to do.

Hogan is also better on ST. He's a good tackler. TJ is a mediocre KR and PR.

Hopefully there is a better special teams player available in free agency or on the waiver wire. I don't think that Hogan has any value as a wide receiver.
