The problem was that once the ball was in the air, on offense or on defense, they fell apart. A big leap, and a good run of health, by Manuel could revitalize the franchise as its future in Buffalo remains uncertain.
17 Josh Allen Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I agree they don't know what there talking about The Bills were not very good at stoping the run at all. Uncertain, I guess this guy never heard of Terry Pegula.
MattM Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I thought the same thing this morning. Par for the course, though. Last year they had a woman whose name is escaping me write it and it was just as clueless....
8-8 Forever? Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 NY papers will never have much good to say about WNY so don't bother reading them.

Also I will add the bills running offense amassed lots of yards, it had a lot to do with the number of plays run. YPC which in my mind is more significant regarding effectiveness made them middle of the pack. The real story is they had some probowlers and showed signs they can play d and the team and coaching staff are young. Adding spikes an Preston brown with Schwarz should improve the run defense and if they grow into their potential they have a shot at contending.
