BringBackFergy Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Great game so far and a stud WR named Mike Williams. Not sure who I'm rooting for but fun to watch.
BringBackFergy Posted August 30, 2014 Author Posted August 30, 2014 Bulldogs DB's similar to Leodis. They don't look back for the ball.
BringBackFergy Posted August 30, 2014 Author Posted August 30, 2014 Definitely. Stout playing well and spreading it around. Georgia has Gurley...which is enough. Lol
RyanC883 Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Go Clemson. (unless you have a reason to cheer for GA). I say that only because we have a ton of Clemson players on this team.
BringBackFergy Posted August 30, 2014 Author Posted August 30, 2014 Apparently the Dawgs have a bunch of freshmen playing after several players left the team (went to other schools)...not sure what happened. I'm rooting for Tigers...thinking Chad Kelly might be cheering for Georgia.
BringBackFergy Posted August 31, 2014 Author Posted August 31, 2014 Todd Gurley....wow. 3 TD's, 198 yds, 13 yds per rush.
YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Todd Gurley....wow. 3 TD's, 198 yds, 13 yds per rush. clemsons D isn't great but gurley is the man
YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Different game now.... But jameis with his 2nd really bad pick. Â Otherwise FSU is ridiculous
YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Thought this game was going to be a blowout and was going to switch over to Wisc -lsu but it's a good game now. FSU should be up by a lot more.
Bubba Gump Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I'm watching that game too. Unranked Okie State giving FSU all they can handle. Jameis not looking so Heisman like so far.
inkman Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 clemsons D isn't great but gurley is the man Definitely not a gurley man. Â Â
YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Jameis had a poor 1st half in the NC game as well but then pulled it out at the end. They really didn't play anyone good last year until Auburn. I think he will do the same tonight, the talent and experience gap between the two teams is pretty big. But I'm not a Winston fan when it comes to the NFL - yet. He is still rather raw IMO.
BringBackFergy Posted August 31, 2014 Author Posted August 31, 2014 I'm watching that game too. Unranked Okie State giving FSU all they can handle. Jameis not looking so Heisman like so far. Is his mind on other things?? (Homer Simpson voice "mmmmmmmm....crab legs")
Augie Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Toured Clemson and Athens GA with my son who wound up at FSU. I enjoy all these programs. Clemson is nice, but small and remote.. Tallahassee has been good to him, but a bit of a dump, despite a recent championship. UGA is great and I love Athens as a college town. Hoping he goes there next year for his masters. I'll visit during football season! Great football all around.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Gurley is an absolute beast. Georgia's offense sucked in the first half when he was rotated out. I have enjoyed watching him the past few years as I am a definite t-shirt Dawgs fan.
BuffaninATL Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Gurley's combination of power & speed is unmatched in NCAA football....he took that kickoff 5 yds deep in his own end zone like he was shot out of a cannon......electrifying.
YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Wow . I can't believe Wisc choked that game away at the end.
