The Senator Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 I still say the best bet is to annex the old Bethlehem site to Buffalo by eminent domain, clean up that toxic site and put a state-of-the-art lakefront stadium there. It has easy access to the NYS Thruway, Route 5, Milestrip, etc., plenty of rail infrastructure for mass transit, tons of acreage for parking, reasonable proximity to downtown, and even plenty of wind and hydro power, should someone wish to build a self-sufficient 'green' facility. Easy access via rail and the rapid transit could be extended to that site fairly easily. Just a hunch.
