I read that .... how tall was the dude? in the article I looked at ... the picture that they showed wasn't economy plus 11 years its been on the market? never heard about it It only gets bad when they recline without warning and smash your legs. I always, always turn around to let person know I am reclining. And I only recline when person in front of me reclines. First time you get a laptop smashed by the douche in front of you, you start to warn. For me it was prolly 12 years ago. So funny, on a recent flight with my family, dude in front of me reclined with non-warning, then proceeded to stand up and look for something, all the while leaning against the seat and pushing it further back into my face. When I said rather loudly" can you please stop shoving your seat in my face" he got rather testy that it was his "seat" and he could do what he wanted. Again, no so discreetly I just said" a little common courtesy goes a long way, and to please refrain from being so selfish, we all has to fly the same plane" Everyone within hearing distance started clapping and the dude turned around pretty quick and shut up.
