Gene Frenkle Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I don't think anyone was going to understand a word that made absolutely no !@#$ing sense in context. Everyone's a critic...you forgot to call me an idiot and I find that offensive.
DC Tom Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Everyone's a critic...you forgot to call me an idiot and I find that offensive. I was avoiding words you wouldn't understand.
Gene Frenkle Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I was avoiding words you wouldn't understand. Anyone who has ever spent any time reading your posts understands that one.
DC Tom Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Anyone who has ever spent any time reading your posts understands that one. You'd think...but gatorman still doesn't seem to understand that he is, in fact, an idiot.
Bronc24 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I'm an educator. A kid sneezes, I say "bless you". It's a non issue and should be a non issue. It's a gesture of courtesy.
ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 When "Bless you" is outlawed, only outlaws will bless you!
....lybob Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I'm an educator. A kid sneezes, I say "bless you". It's a non issue and should be a non issue. It's a gesture of courtesy. I wonder when it became a gesture of courtesy instead of a warding against demonic possession.
DC Tom Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I wonder when it became a gesture of courtesy instead of a warding against demonic possession. Liberals support demonic possession in our schools!
Azalin Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I wonder when it became a gesture of courtesy instead of a warding against demonic possession. I couldn't say, but it's nice to know that you, as well as the vast majority of english-speaking human beings, are aware that it is indeed a gesture of courtesy.
FireChan Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I wonder when it became a gesture of courtesy instead of a warding against demonic possession. You should let the US Government know the true meaning. All this time they've been saying, "God bless America," and I don't think they are worrying about Demons infiltrating our country.

....lybob Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Liberals support demonic possession in our schools! Why not? demons are multilingual and they really know history.
ExiledInIllinois Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 (edited) I believe they introduced that in the McCarthy era, though... Same with: "In God We Trust." Damn Godless pinko libs! Why not? demons are multilingual and they really know history. Conservatives prefer: incubus. We all know conservatives are anti-women. Of course they prefer raping a sleeping woman. It's the only way they can get it! :-O Edited August 24, 2014 by ExiledInIllinois
Bronc24 Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 I wonder when it became a gesture of courtesy instead of a warding against demonic possession. Why does it matter?
IDBillzFan Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Blessed Lord, Our Wet Mucus Evaporate Nice holier-than-thou reference in the middle of a holier-than-thou rant. Hey...I'd have absolutely no problem whatsoever with what that teacher did if only we'd addressed it with one simple concept: school vouchers. Anyone can take a stand when they have nothing to lose. Let teachers like this put their career where their mouth is. Let's see a teacher take a stand with "Bless you" when parents have school choices and tenure doesn't exist.
