CodeMonkey Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 So does that mean it will be on NFLN locally or are they still going to black us out that can't make it? In Rochester, it is on the ABC affiliate (Channel 13 on Time Warner Cable).
DirtDart Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 (edited) Game sold out does anyone know? I actually saw a bunch of tickets for sale on stub hub. Reasonably priced. Ticket Master showed the game as a sellout. Edited August 21, 2014 by DirtDart

Ticketmaster NOT showing the game as a sellout for me. Note that I have resale turned off in this screenshot. But based on what others have said, someone must have agreed to purchase whatever is left. Edited August 21, 2014 by CodeMonkey
transient Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 And no, English is not my first language. Body language is. I've heard tell that you have a speech impediment.
17 Josh Allen Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 The game is officially sold out per the Buffalo Bills. The game will be shown live On local affiliates in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Erie PA. So enjoy the show. I can't remember the last time the Bills sold out a preseason game. I don't think It ever happened in the Super Bowl years.

It's Kids Day, so that one usually sells out since they started it. I found several articles, here's just a sample... 2012 - http://orchardpark.wgrz.com/news/events/68684-buffalo-bills-sell-out-12th-annual-kids-day-game 2009 - http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-3/Bills-Bears-Kids-Day-Game-sold-out/c8b11f97-75b4-4f4c-9377-fa7726516d33 2008 - http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/Fifth-consecutive-kids-day-game-sold-out/6e5f81ee-8df0-408b-ae58-2c54d7b4c895 2007 - http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/TURKEY-HILL-DAIRY-HELPS-KIDS-DAY-BECOME-A-SELL-OUT/750837eb-0126-4e2d-a4a4-c65883b98e14

Not to mention people are excited about the new upgrades. I'm personally going to enjoy it because no way the Lions sell out.
jimmy10 Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 I'm gonna bring my kid (age 5) to this game for the first time. Never been to the kid's game before. To those who have brought really young ones in the past, is it age appropriate for a 5 year old?

To those who have brought really young ones in the past, is it age appropriate for a 5 year old? Yes it is. The Bills do a great job with this. Plus the major alcoholics tend to not go, or keep themselves under control for the sake of the kids. You and your kid will have a great time.
