CJPearl2 Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Marrone: "When he comes back, we'll be ready to go. I don't think one person is going to make or break it." His quote from his presser today. You mean the player you mortgaged your short term future to pick? That guy? Then we should know his condition. Marrone's act is getting old, quickly. And with the same results as prior coaches, he won't be long for here. I'm not a knee-jerk reaction guy, but I'm thinking this team has the wrong coaching staff.
Captain Hindsight Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Watch any Bill Belicheat presser and come back. See how you feel about that answer then.
Bronc24 Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Lol. And if Marrone gave a timetable and was wrong, this board would light up with more criticism.
CJPearl2 Posted August 18, 2014 Author Posted August 18, 2014 BB has the right to act that way. He has 3 rings and wins every year. Plus he's a genius coach (as much as we hate to admit it). Some guys get to be jerks. Marrone doesn't. Further, we have doctors and trainers, etc. Give us a general timetable.

Classic hater post.
kota Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Dude Sammy got hurt two days ago. It's a bruised rib. Everyone heals different and I doubt they have any good information about Sammy and injuries go. He's day to day. Is that good enough for you?
K D Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 i think we have some bad coaches but it's not because of their press conferences
sodbuster Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Why should WE know his condition? Also, will us knowing his exact condition make him come back faster?

Why was Belicheck allowed to be an ass before he was a multi-SB winning coaching genius? While it can be frustrating to deal with at times, coaches don't owe anyone explanations about injuries to any player, regardless of when they were drafted and what was given up to draft them. GO BILLS!!!

He's 1 of only 32 people who have the title of Head Coach a NFL team, I have a hunch he's not losing sleep over your disapproval.
RussellDopeland Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Why can't Marrone handle the media with honesty and class the way Marv used to?
TC in St. Louis Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 He's got other things to worry about. Like where to hide Cyrus K. Maybe at a guard position? He's huge, but can't seem to block anybody rushing the passer.
Heitz Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 "That's it! I'm done with this team!" -- El Petulante He is now off to buy the Barcelona Dragons and move them to Toronto with Jon Bon just to spite the Bills. Way to go Marrone!
John from Riverside Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 There is such a sense of entitlement with a lot of Bills fans The coach doesnt owe u an explanation
Peter Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Why can't Marrone handle the media with honesty and class the way Marv used to? That was great. I forgot about that one. Was he responding to Sullivan?
