Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio said on the Dan Patrick show that Marrone will be fired at the end of the 2014 season. Agree or disagree? Why in either case.

Well if Florio said it, it must be true. New ownership always fires the HC.....except for when they don't. Move along, nothing to see here.

if Russ stays, he stays. IMO. also if he has a winning record, regardless of Russ.

Based on that Twitter feed, if I had to guess an AFC East coach would be fired at the end of the season, I would probably say Marrone too.

Philbin better win in Miami or he's certainly gone.

I think that every coach in the AFC East not named Belichick is in danger of being fired if their team doesn't break .500 this year.

It's a guess as a new owner wants to make a change. But look at what tpegs did before. If this team wins he will likely keep his job but if we suck...probably out.

He cited new ownership as the reason.

But it was speculation.

It wasn't: I hear that several competing bids are contingent upon front office upheaval.

Instead, it was: you know, generally when a new owner comes in they like to hire their own guys.

Okay, sure.

This^^^^^

We don't even know who the owner is yet and what preferences s/he may have. If the Bills get on a winning track - a big if - the dynamics get even more ambiguous relative to office and coaching staff.

I think this is the correct response. They are all in danger if their teams don't show improvement. If not for new ownership I would say Doug would be third most likely of the three.

I also believe the bolded.

Doug is probably doing a good job (hard to gauge what we can't see behind the scenes) but unfortunately for him he hitched his wagon to a rookie QB and a rookie offensive coordinator. Rookie mistake by a rookie head coach
