Tim Graham is a Pegula lobbyist. He's been attacking the other bidders and "reporting" how everybody in Buffalo would be behind Pegula for weeks now. He worships Terry's money.

so, you're a JBJ supporter, then, eh?

hey, just asking given that much of the Buffalo business community has lined up behind Terry and Kim, and they're likely to get the team?

Does that fit your narrative too, John? Against Pegula = For Bon Jovi?

Much of the business community = Everybody in Buffalo?

I guess when it's dumbed down like that, Terry's the only option.

It's clear to me that Tim's crusading for Pegula, especially when he attempts to smear Kelly with this article.

I've got a third party candidate running a clean campaign on the Independence Party ticket. I don't want to say his name, for fear that Tim Graham will try to link him to Bon Jovi.

If it's true (which it seems to be) is it a smear? If Kelly did meet with JBJ, he could have just released a statement saying "we met with the JBJ group to see how committed they were to keeping the team here."

Tim Graham knew how the reader would interrupt the tweet and article and could have clarified.

This is a manufactured controversy by Graham. The clicks and attention are exactly what he wants.

The beat course of action for everyone is just ignore it.

He's reporting news. If there are still open questions, it's completely ok for him to report the news he knows, and leave the questions open. That people speculate and see it how they want to see should not be blamed on the reporter.

Just a hail-Mary play by Bon Jovi.

Actually, if he did talk to Jim Kelly, it was a smart move on his part. He should have got JK on his side from the beginning, that would have helped his PR. Regardless, this is a non-story in the end, Bon Jovi's bid to own the Bills was over with his first poor bid and lame attempt to move them to Toronto. Go buy the Giants BJ, your real love.

Fully expect Jon BJ to bring back Richie Sambora back in the band. to get at least his

Musical career back on track. This, of course After getting his ass handed to him by men who can afford NFL teams.

And have no obvious unpopular agendas or alignments with TO business men.

it would be nice for Kelly to issue a statement so the silly speculation can stop. his wife's tweet doesn't count.

That's assuming his health is allowing him even to consider, what the demands, and the outrageous

Commitment of time and energy to do the job he supposedly wants. His brother has no place in the NFL or

Anywhere for that matter.

By "discussed," does he mean "punching him in the face"?

My first thought also

On another note, if true, those demands by Kelly are seriously ridiculous, "Two sources familiar with the sales process told The News the Kellys have made lofty partnership demands: 2 percent equity in the team, lifetime jobs for Jim and Dan, an up-front cash payment for their services and final say on all football decisions."

Incorrect.

A misleading story should absolutely be blamed on the reporter. It's not a debate.

Tim Graham intentionally mislead the readership to believe Kelly would be involved in a group that wants to move the Bills.

The reporter could have clarified the story but instead choose to mislead the readers in order to get more clicks.

bull ****. Graham reported that Kelly met with JBJ. That's what he reported. Assuming it happened, it's not misleading.

Congratulations. Once again, you have no conception of reality.

Of course, I assume you were taking a shot because of Kelly's long help position he has a "group" to buy the Bills. But I question why you appear, in thread after thread, to basically make a comment which contributes nothing.

Wrong again. There have been several threads started here going back to April about Kelly's desire to align with a group, or that he has, in fact, already done so. That's why I asked.

Warwow wrote this one in April: http://bigstory.ap.o...lo-bills-buyers

"Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly is prepared to make a bid to buy the Buffalo Bills. Donald Trump's on board, too."

Also, Graham (who's reporting is vouched for by Warwow) in Saturday's story mentions that Kelly's group (which was really Gundlach's group, per Graham) had met with the Trust first, before this stuff about BJB and Pegula came out.

It was a simple question, the Dean. Since Kelly was already partnered with someone, that's why I asked it.

Jim is just trying to hook up with who ever he can. He wants in with no big money. I believe Tim. Kelly is terrible in business .

We all love the guy but he did score a 15 on the Wonderlic. Is that the guy that you want making business decisions?

Kelly doesn't have the money to buy the Bills. He's apparently teamed with Gundlach who also doesn't have the money. Now they have talked with JBJ who also doesn't have the money.

The groups are looking for ways to put together a team that:

Has enough money.

Can satisfy the Trust on non-relocation.

Can get NFL approval.

Could we see a "Super Group" emerge to challenge Pegula? Wouldn't shock me in the least.
