dubs Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 You mean he's going to blame Fitzpatrick for all of his own interceptions, and take credit for defensive and special teams touchdowns? Haha!!! And focus on chinstrap security instead of scoring touchdowns
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Pittsburgh is lucky Big Ben is never out injured.
Big C Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 A. Williams in the game pretty late... He was running with the 2's all week. Think Schwartz is trying to see what they have with Duke and Searcy.
Wayne Cubed Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Fat guy fumble returns are the best! Any news on Sammy? Heard he was being looked at by trainers... Rib injury... Didn't retune to game. Could be just precautionary.

BuffaloBaumer Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 The 2013 Seattle Seahawks say hello Really? I would have traded up to number 1 in this past draft if I knew I was getting Wilson there. Delusional Bills Optimist Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Man, I don't remember Thad looking so poor for extended periods last year. He at least had some ups for all his downs.

Wilson was not the center piece. Just look at the Super Bowl.
FluffHead Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 You've got the wrong guy. I'm all for holding the team accountable and I'll lay into them when they deserve it. But melting down over a pre-season practice game isn't worth the energy that much emotion requires. People also need to get over their hopes that Manuel is a finished product. He's started 10 real games and played in a handful of pre-season games yet people think he's going to look like a polished pro. The guy is going to struggle - and struggle a lot. It's up to the coaching staff to put him into positions where he can succeed. In pre-season games they're not looking to do that, they're looking to get work in. As I said upstream, they will not have him chucking the ball around 27 times a half in the regular season. They won't be lining up in shotgun formations on 4th and 1. They'll protect him. But go ahead and get all depressed over some practice. If people want something to be demoralized about it's not the QB - it's the D. That unit needs to carry the Bills this year along with a strong running game. It's what the entire organization is counting on. Nobody is counting on the QB to be the center piece of this team. A lot of convenient excuses in here, just saying. Good teams may not win all their preseason games but their starters don't look like hot garbage. We've had a lot of hot garbage from our starters in preseason a during this playoff drought, and shocker, it has resulted in hot garbage during the regular season. I know this will get dismissed as me "overreacting" but I'll dismiss those responses as fanboys wearing their rose colored glasses.

Delusional Bills Optimist Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Randell is looking strong holding contain this week.
Augie Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 He was running with the 2's all week. Think Schwartz is trying to see what they have with Duke and Searcy. Ahh, I was in the mountains with cool, fresh air and minimal internet or cell access. That makes sense....
Big C Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 49ers are very similar to the Seahawks. Thing is that Wilson and Kap are more decisive, fast and accurate. I'm putting some faith in EJ this year, but he needs to start getting it together!
Kemp Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Like the Seahawks? They did exactly what I outlined and were good enough on D and with the running game to protect Wilson. It's what you do with young QBs. There are a few guys per decade who are good enough coming into the league to be the cog that makes everything go on a winning team. It takes time, but hey, you don't want to hear that. You want what you want and you want it now! You don't think Wilson is the single most important Seahawk? Who is?
26CornerBlitz Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 @buffalobills Doug Marrone on #Bills 1st half: "We did a good job of possessing the ball .. we wanted to work on scoring and we didn’t do that" #BUFvsPIT
Wayne Cubed Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 49ers are very similar to the Seahawks. Most teams with young QBs not named Andrew Luck are like that. Every team with rookie or young QBs wants to eliminate that pressure for them to "win them games".
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Bryce brown did a great CJ impersonation there
