That pretty much sums it up. Tuel has a noodle for an arm. Reminds me of Pennington AFTER the surgery.

I think the author is correct putting tuel ahead of lewis; in spite of his shortcomings he has outplayed lewis this preseason. I bet bills would put him in first if EJ goes down
