Hannah & Friends is a nonprofit organization run by Charlie Weis, former New England Patriots offensive coordinator, and his wife, Maura, in honor of their daughter, Hannah, who was born with developmental delays. Hannah attended elementary school in Cumberland.

 

All money raised from this event goes toward Hannah's Helping Hands grant for local children in the local area with special needs. Grants are issued for families and classrooms to purchase items to enrich their child's life, such as adaptive equipment, swim, camp, horseback riding, dance, swings, computers, vacations and more.
