MarkAF43 Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Here's a curveball... One Hour Photo That movie freaked me out. For some reason that just made me feel uneasy throughout. I thought his role was absolutely amazing
Azalin Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 it's tough to pick a favorite, but for me it's probably What Dreams May Come.
Dorkington Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 (edited) "Patch Adams" Incredibly fitting. That movie freaked me out. For some reason that just made me feel uneasy throughout. I thought his role was absolutely amazing Something about that movie was just terribly honest. It was creepy... but really it was about a guy who was so utterly alone. And I don't know, it just... hit. Edit: Realized I used "incredibly" three times in two sentences... jeez. Edited August 12, 2014 by Dorkington
Security Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 The Adventures of Baron Munchausen...... I really like the Night at the Museum movies..
The Avenger Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Aladdin, though a kids movie, really showed the manic genius of Robin Williams - they just let him go and animated who he became and what he did - a perfect medium for someone who quickly jumped from one character and reference to another - Aladdin really captured that and it was fun to watch.
Dorkington Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Another curveball... one of my favorites for a long time... What Dreams May Come
Canadian Bills Fan Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 I thought his cameo in "The Butler" was brilliant CBF
DC Tom Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Toys "It's a smoking jacket!" No one's mentioned "RV" yet?

You seem to be at the same loss for words at describing that as I am
K-9 Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Don't know that I have a best movie, but my favorite scene is his soliloquy while sitting on a bench beside the Charles River in 'Good Will Hunting'.

The great people of Boston are doing a great job of turning that bench into a touching memorial. http://www.boston.com/news/2014/08/12/good-will-hunting-bench-boston-public-garden-becomes-robin-williams-memorial/9NupwfvGMPMUolDr9IpsYL/story.html CBF

And a lesson for me in Boston geography. I always thought they were sitting next to the Charles River.
Mark Vader Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Here's a curveball... One Hour Photo An overlooked movie and performance by Robin Williams. Creepy, yet sad. Has anyone mentioned "Insomnia"?
Captain Hindsight Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Good Will Hunting. That film helped me in my personal life and his scene on the park bench is one of my favorites videos to watch
