The Avenger Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 I know we have some poker players here and we've all had bad beats, but nothing compares to this guy's bad beat: http://youtu.be/8V7aA0RHK-Q
Maury Ballstein Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 Pretty brutal. Similar beat was dealt to me in Vegas KK vs KK preflop all in for 1200.00 Other guy hits a flush.

There is a "bad beat" pot at out local casino... A guy I work with had quads and was best by a straight flush... He lost the hand, which was only a few hundred bucks, but won the bad beat "pot"... $23,000.... The kick in the shorts is that someone had recently hit it when it was 6 figures
BringBackFergy Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Ouch...the only way that could be better is if Drinan had longish gray/brown hair and was a well known rock singer from Jersey.
plenzmd1 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 I am on a plane and just finished reading the Mezrich book on the Absolute Poker folks. Name of the book is Straight Flush. The real bad beat is these guys were going to IPO when that dumb ass law came out of nowhere....they were going to be Billionares in another couple of months without that BS clause put in a port security act...instead they ending with nothing

Now they have the online fantasy sports betting sites. I'm wondering when/if they'll suffer the same fate.
