Looks like this plant was cited by OSHA recently. Best wishes for these people and their families.

ExiledInIllinois
The closures were due to changing product needs, an aging Cherokee, Iowa factory and the distance of the Buffalo, New York and Santa Teresa, New Mexico plants from their raw material supply base, the company said on Friday. Can't argue with that. I never knew Tyson was in Buffalo.
DJasper Probincrux III
I drive past a MASSIVE Tyson facility in Maryland on my way to OBX. It's right near a MASSIVE Perdue plant as well. I think the materials (read, chickens) are largely grown in the Delmarva peninsula. Mark80
On a side note, chicken farms are the most disgusting things I have ever stepped in to. The smell is unbearable, they poop all over each other, it's pretty horrible. But chicken parm is delicious.
