Big line move to Bucks -10 this afternoon.  Weird to see that type of move on gameday absent an injury or something similar.

That lines seems way too high. I'll take the points.

Everyone feel like playing tonight for tOSU?

Everyone is reportedly playing on both sides. But I wouldn’t mind seeing some of the young guys so if someone like Denzel Ward didn’t play I’d understand.

I can easily envision a scenario where Ward sits down for Jeffrey Okudah tonight.

They have been talking him up a TON. Makes perfect sense.

I wish I had more confidence in JT. I do not like myself right now as a Buckeye fan. I should be celebrating his last game in Scarlet and gray and I’m... literally “celebrating” his last game in scarlet and gray. Please have a good game, JT.

You know I’m with you on JT.  I love the kid, and I’m ashamed to admit that I told my college buddies this week that the team should leave JT in Texas where they found him after the game.   It’s time to move on.

39th anniversary of Woody Hayes punching a player on the other team to end his career.

the best part was the flunky announcers kept acting like it was inconclusive in the replay when anyone watching saw fully what happened as it did

I feel the same about Barrett-- will be nice to see him move on (despite all the records). Frankly, reminds me a bit of Tyrod (minus dynamic speed).

In any case, Bucs gave USC some life with TO at the end of the half. OSU offense has not really driven the ball well without the TO's. If Darnold gets hot, who knows?

Well that was a mistake!  Felt great about betting against OSU's offense but their D just shoved USC around.

Go Bucks! On to 2018! Let the QB competition and 9 months of media and message board debating begin! #teamhaskins

Is it going to be Tate? I watched the go90 series on him and Jake Frohm.  Dude is a young Johnny Manziel.

Really nothing left to say about 2017.  On to the next one.

I'm also Team Haskins, but I think it will be an interesting spring/summer in the QB room.  There must be a reason why Haskins couldn't beat out Burrow head-to-head last offseason - recall that Haskins didn't get named #2 until Burrow got injured.

Any thoughts on whether Urban plays both Haskins and Martell in different packages? I can see it. Martell is more of the RPO type that he loves but Wilson is more used to designing an offense for a Haskins type. Burrow is the wild card (if he stays)

I'd worry about another 2015 Jones\Barrett situation in that scenario.  My preference is to keep it simple and let Wilson run his offense through Haskins--and let Martell sit and learn for another year--but we'll have to see how it goes in camp.  Martell seems like a pitbull on a chain just begging to be let loose.

Wut?

Shocked by this.  I had assumed that this post would be about the big recruiting announcements tonight.

Nothing happens by accident at WHAC (right?), so this may mean that Tate is being quietly encouraged to consider a different position. That, plus a potential Burrow transfer, could mean the end of the running QB era for a while.
