Also add in Peters, who I think makes the PS. Maybe even Ritzmann.
Coach Tuesday Posted September 3, 2004 Author Posted September 3, 2004 Smith was an undrafted FA, just not a rookie.
PISSCHUNK Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 Lawrence Smith would actually be credited to John Guy but the rest of the guys are Rookie Free Agents. As you said, Modrak and Donahoe did themselves well. Late

And I'd call Smith a "street" FA, which is as good as an undrafted rookie FA (better actually since he's not a rookie), because it didn't cost a draft pick or lots of money.
d_wag Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 shouldn't this be a considered a bad thing? hear me out.... UDFA making NFL rosters aren't all that common.......if we have this many undrafted guys breaking in and stealing spots, what does that say about our depth?? i don't think any more then 1 or 2 of these guys make the roster......our practice squad is looking like it will be impressive though and offer some versatilaty.....
