It doesn't sound frivilous, she got hit by a puck and knocked out cold... Yeah the sex thing. Aren't there tort laws in place? What was it, party @ your own risk of getting hit in the head from a slap shot? I would think she has a right to sue for damages against the Kings for getting hit with the puck.
