papazoid Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 none of the above. they both suck. not to worry...when EJ proves mediocre again we can just draft a QB in next years first round.....oh wait, nevermind.
Flip Johnson Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Thad could look bad enough in camp and preseason that the Bills aren't comfortable with him at #2. Despite the "competition" talk, I don't think Tuel is anything but a #3. If Thad doesn't give the Bills confidence at #2, then I could see the Bills signing a vet in August.

Buffaloed in Pa Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 The QB that gives us the best chance to win. What kind of question is this. The Qb that runs the team best.
MClem06 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) I think it's unfair to judge Tuel based on his tape of last years games. I believe that he has more upside than Thad as far as a pocket presense and ability to spread it short and long if need be but as far as consistency he has to prove that he's the better option than Thad. Comparing tape, Thad was way above Tuel on consistency, but Thad had already been in the NFL game prior to backing up EJ last year Tuel had not. Tuel was thrown into the fire without any preparation. The one play that still hangs with me is how he dropped it perfectly in the basket for Flash on that fly pattern versus KC. The man threw it before Goodwin was actually open and dropped it over the shoulder without him breaking stride. Edited July 31, 2014 by MClem06
