Tiberius Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Coffee drinkers can not reach for their coffee while driving. Once can't stop being stoned. Be quiet
Chef Jim Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Be quiet When you're beat that's all you got. Fantastic job Gatorboy!
bbb Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 I read that yesterday. Question is. Why is it a thing now? Just because it's now legal in many states thousands didn't just start smoking and driving. I smoked frequently in my 20's and 30's. In that time I was never in nor did I cause any accidents. I don't think that I'm of a rare breed (though some may think so ) I did the same with drinking. I don't know why they make such a big deal about drinking and driving.
Chef Jim Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Just because it's now legal in many states thousands didn't just start smoking and driving. Oh you are probably very wrong there.

Tiberius Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 And, in local news: Wilson man admits smoking pot before fatal Porter collision http://buffalonews.com/2017/06/23/wilson-man-admits-influence-pot-fatal-porter-crash/ ***Buchalski was scheduled to go to trial Monday, when he would have faced a second-degree manslaughter charge that carries a 15-year maximum sentence. Defense attorney James J. Faso Jr. said he had a chance at winning an acquittal. "The (marijuana) levels were extremely low in his system," Faso said. "There was a chance he might walk away completely." But Buchalski had admitted to a Niagara County sheriff's deputy that he had smoked pot about two hours before the July 22 crash, an admission Faso called "devastating."**** Lesson here isn't about driving under influence, but that admitting anything to cops is a bad idea. You have the right to remain silent. Use it
GoBills808 Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Personal responsibility. Don't drink and drive, don't smoke and drive.

Tiberius Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 You know what's an even worse idea? Killing people. Fine, pass a law that makes it illegal to eat and drink while driving. You'll save lives that way
grinreaper Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Your articles inferres he probably wasn't stoned at all Nice. At least you are not driving while you are stoned. Maybe you should consider not posting when you are stoned.

Tiberius Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Not the life from the article about the stoner killer. So if pot was illegal then the person would not have been killed? :/ And it's very doubtful that the pot played any role in the killing at all.
