Biden signed the Keep Kids Fed Act last year, Republicans still voted against the bill and red states sued the Biden administration because the act specifically said you cannot discriminate against LGTBQ students.

What a sick bunch of pigs you freaks vote for…

let’s about the mental health and how she should of been disqualified from buying

Sure - let's talk about mental health - clearly the laws are broke if this nut job was able to legally buy guns.

Meanwhile, the cult has a history of wanting to cut funds for mental health.

The well-documented weapons effect explains that the presence of a weapon increases aggression.

the shooter in this situation went to a different school and left due to security. In that study only 20 percent of the schools had an armed guard. Make it so the shooters can’t get into the schools.

Eventually we will be spending more on training security guards and hardening schools than paying the teachers who can only teach and say the words the politicians allow them. Since we have to cut taxes too, schools will end up cutting teachers but keep the guards. It’s no wonder teachers are leaving the profession.

You have no idea how much money school districts spend, Rochester spends $40K per student. There is plenty of fat in almost every school district to cut without an damage to student situation. Your concern is misguided.

Criminal Use of Semi-Automatic Assault Weapons
First passed in 1994, the assault weapons ban required domestic gun manufacturers to stop
production of semi-automatic assault weapons and ammunition magazines holding more than ten
rounds except for military or police use. While the ban was in place, it was remarkably effective in
reducing the number of crimes involving assault weapons. In the period of the ban, (1994-2004) the
proportion of assault weapons traced to crimes fell by a dramatic 66 percent.
Semi-Automatic assault weapons are routinely the weapons of choice for gang members and drug
dealers. They are regularly encountered in drug busts and are all too often used against police officers.
The IACP has been a strong supporter of the assault weapons ban since 1992, and our membership has
approved several reauthorizations of support in the years since. The membership took this action
because we, as law enforcement executives, understand that the criminal use of semiautomatic assault
weapons pose a grave risk to our officers and the communities they are sworn to protect

You realize, the ban really did nothing in regards to changing the lethality of an AR platform rifle? Nothing at all. It changes the aesthetics of the rifle, that's it.

No they won't. They'll just move on to what IS ACTUALLY USED in "mass shootings".... handguns. Most shootings are carried out with HANDGUNS. Not rifles.

This is so moronic. There is no evidence that anyone at the school was carrying a firearm. The tweets and your reference are about someone on the 911 call claiming "We do have a school person, or two ... I'm not sure ... who would be packing, whose job it is for security."

There is no proof, other than that sentence on a 911 call, that any teacher or staff had any firearm... and if they did, they would likely be trained to barricade the door and be 'ready' if someone comes into the room. That's when they would likely use their firearm. Not actively get involved with a CQC shootout with the loon. The ones who lost their lives, they were out in the hall. The rest of the students were locked in their rooms. The 'active shooter training' they did actually saved lives at that school in Nashville.

Again, I'm 100% for armed staff who are willing and ready (who are also WELL trained by LEO) and especially for front office staff to be armed. Kid would not have made it into the school if one was.

what has been the annual budget for Ukraine? Did you question that?

Nope. Democracy and holding autocrats and dictators like Putin/Trump in check is priceless.
