The DA is hilarious... "nonviolent protest." IOW, wait for them to beat you and torch your  house! So what if they were guilty of B&E, you should have taken what they were dishin' out.

Charges filed against Mark and Patricia McCloskey

St. Louis prosecutors on Monday filed charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West End couple seen pointing guns at protesters in late June.

Patricia and Mark McCloskey are each facing one count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon - Flourishing, sources told News 4.

"It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening matter at those participating in nonviolent protest, and while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable in St. Louis," Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said in a statement. "We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated."

Isn't she one of those DA candidates that Soros backed heavily?

That reporter was obviously not wearing proper ear protection. If you wear plugs under the protectors (like any reputable range would have you do) you barely hear it.

An AK-47 has a bit of a jolt, AR-15's are nothing, and really a lot of fun at a range. If you ever see a Groupon for a local range, go.

Or he was lying to push a narrative, and/or is the world’s biggest sissy. .223 is arguably the easiest centerfire rifle round to shoot as far as being approachable to new shooters (low noise, low recoil, low cost, availability at least in normal times etc.) that’s what makes it so popular.

Missouri governor says pardon likely if St. Louis homeowners charged
A pardon is 'exactly what would happen,' he says

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson says he is prepared to exercise his pardon powers if prosecutors bring criminal charges in the case of a St. Louis couple who brandished firearms at a group of protesters outside their home.

</snip>

Parson told 97.1 FM the McCloskeys "did what they legally should do," according to The Hill newspaper.

"A mob does not have the right to charge your property,” he said, according to the paper. “They had every right to protect themselves.”

Parson linked to the interview on Twitter and added the comment, “We will not allow law-abiding citizens to be targeted for exercising their constitutional rights."

</snip>

Here is the tweet with the link to the interview:

If I were in their shoes I'm not so sure I would accept the pardon.... For me I think I would rather fight the charges, so I could ultimately turn this right back around at Garner. Isn't she in fact aiding and abetting insurrection? I think it's about time someone faces charges over this mess, why not her?

Fully agree, I bet he never touched an AR in his life.

QUESTION ASKED:

Is St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner Framing the McCloskeys?

“If it’s true that the gun was inoperable during the incident at the McCloskeys’ home, Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner or her office may be framing the McCloskeys in order to prosecute them…

And what about the rifle Mark McCloskey was holding? Police reported finding no ammunition at the McCloskeys’ home when they confiscated it, and that it was not loaded. Was it ever loaded? Has it ever even been fired prior to being in police custody?”

...pretty sad to think how many MILLIONS of blacks in this country charted their course to success albeit education first leading to fine careers or those with entrepreneurial spirit to open their own successful businesses (how many have been destroyed as of late?) , stayed the course and are highly successful today ONLY to be lumped into the FRAUDULENT BLM movement because of skin color?..... they are the well deserving success stories, again in the MILLIONS.......BLM is a scam with ZERO consideration for black lives or insulting those black lives of success......BLM is analogous to whites who think they deserve more ala income redistribution for doing nothing....it is NOT solely a black issue, but rather a socialism "leveling the playing field " issue.....making it SOLELY a race issue is playing "the card"...AGAIN and AGAIN and.......

This article is awesome in its limited scope to make a point. It's entire point is that in mass shootings - which is 4 or more people at once- that a good guy with a gun has almost never saved the day. They state there were  418 mass shootings last year of which I would bet 400 are gang related. When you have limit your argument is such a manner and then try to make overarching deductions it shows how little ground you have to stand on.
