It claims that three or four foul balls each game enter her section, which is along the first-base line beyond the safety netting. 47 years attending games, and they're suing NOW? Rector’s suit alleged ESPN broadcasters Dan Shulman and John Kruk went on an “unending verbal crusade” using words like “stupor,” “fatty,” and “stupid” to describe him, along with other “vituperative utterances.” So this was his lawyer?
