FireChan Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Which isn't surprising but is always amusing. http://www.avclub.co...y-ensues-206519 Fox News and video games has always been a combination that leads to hilarity. Remember the nudity from Mass Effect? Classic.
Deranged Rhino Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 He's a news anchor, what do you think? That he's illiterate.
Koko78 Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 No, pathetic is the word you're looking for. But you watch Fox News, so I wouldn't expect you to know the meaning of pathetic. Or irony. ZING! Is it not traditional that "zingers" actually be entertaining (or at least logical)?
Deranged Rhino Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 Is it not traditional that "zingers" actually be entertaining (or at least logical)? Not the way I write.
Dante Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Something about a piece written by someone who uses the word totally that causes it to lose all credibility. Some geeky little video game nerd trying to impress his other pathetic video gamer friends by taking a weak desperate shot at Fox New's. I'm surprised Greg burned any calories at all on it. I do appreciate the posting of all the hot, white blonde chick anchors though. I do think a little Tanya Banks like pepper sprinkled in there would be nice .

He's a news anchor so there you go. Plus, he's bald.

It's a massively popular game that's very much in the zeitgeist. But again, it's not surprising that Fox News, nor it's audience, realize this. It shows just how out of touch with the real world they are. Thank you for continuing to demonstrate this.

So blazing up and sitting on the couch, for hours playing video games is the real world? Ummm, I don't think we're the ones out of touch.

I've never played the game, but I realize it's a monster. Just like I've never seen porn but I realize other people might watch it. Being aware of the culture is part of the job of an info-tainment channel, wouldn't you agree?
Rob's House Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Should they pursue "diversity" for diversity's sake?

Deranged Rhino Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 It's not their market. American culture? That's for damn sure.
Chef Jim Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 American culture? That's for damn sure. The video game culture.
Deranged Rhino Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 The video game culture. So anyone under the age of 35. Again, that's for damn sure. Should they pursue "diversity" for diversity's sake? Depends on a lot of things... mainly who "they" are and what their goals are.
Chef Jim Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 So anyone under the age of 35. Again, that's for damn sure. That ain't where the money is Charlie.

I've seen that Fox graphic before Bioshock Infinite was released.

A gun to the head offers faster results if you wish to go brain dead. I've seen that Fox graphic before Bioshock Infinite was released. That would be good to see, but not nearly as funny.
