ExiledInIllinois Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 I didn't read the article, but isn't cash needed for bail 10%. So a $750k bond would require $75 cash right? Or one can post property worth that much? Now... Don't tell me he only had to post $7,500... That would be just wrong!
KD in CA Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 You're right -- I misread it. It said the bail was lowered to $750,000; and then he had to post the 10% bond on that amount.
boyst Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Can I set up a fun game? It's called defense. The Vikings line up at offense, and AP runs the ball on a draw play after play after play. This guy has to play defense. Without anything more then a speedo and an ankle bracelet that will release bleach in to his arteries should AP score a TD in less then 5 minutes.

I know, that pesky 8th Amendment always gets in the way. But I am with you, it isn't like the USC stops the powers that be. What's a little fun this time.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Attacking the boys mother http://profootballta...he-boys-mother/ CBF Hopefully they have the death penalty there.
KollegeStudnet Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Hopefully they have the death penalty there. They don't. It was abolished in 1911
machine gun kelly Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 10% of $750,000 is $75,000 not $7500. Honest mistake, but this means someone put up their house for his bail. Hopefully he gets the needle. How anyone can hurt a child is beyond me.

3rdand12 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 That this was even able to occur is horrible. The judge should be reprimanded severely and the guilty party is beyond even that . I dont usually pay attention to heart breakers like this whole debacle with the child , but my fur is up on this now
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 We'd be much better off as a society if a significant portion of the population ceased to exist.
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Hopefully they have the death penalty there. They don't. It was abolished in 1911 At the very least I hope he's not in solitary and he gets put in general population. Then maybe his fellow inmates will give him a warm welcoming.
