Chef Jim Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 I got a bonus once in all the years I worked in restaurants. It was $20 and they never paid it because I had too many AR paat due.
IDBillzFan Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 While I can understand the perception as it relates to the dollar amount, the reality is that most sales people have incentive programs that often times include the "blue sky" milestone. It's usually some ridiculous amount offered if the sales person hits an alternately ridiculous goal. But in the off chance the sales person hits the goal, the employer usually finds some loop hole to keep from paying the full amount. Numbers aside, it's a schit way to do business.

Usually you would think that a comp plan at this level would be pretty well spelled out in black and white. Maybe not in this case.
DC Tom Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 What a shock. A trader who is a douchebag. But a momma's boy? Lew Ranieri's crew at Solomon would have eaten him alive - quite possibly literally.
Jauronimo Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 But a momma's boy? Lew Ranieri's crew at Solomon would have eaten him alive - quite possibly literally. Ranieri's legendary appetite was second only to Bill Brasky's.

I'm awesome at that. Gotta make the numbers somehow.
