Because no criminal ever out his hands out and asked to be taken in. If they can get away, they always will try. We deal with this type of chit in the prison system. Guys with everything and anything up their @$$. You'd probably chit if you heard some of the tho he's we've found in those deep dark places. And this guy is no different than many of the scum that law enforcement deals with on a daily basis. Many "privelesged" people want to believe this type of person is only in certain areas. They are everywhere. Chances are, if you live in a city even as big as Buffalo and it's suburbs (not hard to accomplish that) then your no more than a 10-20 minute drive from this sort of activity.
