bbb Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Literally the best Bills news in the history of the franchise. So far. Until it's a done deal.
Awwufelloff Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I would expect the management team that they have in place to remain. I'm not sure I trust them yet, we will see how after this season is complete.
Kirby Jackson Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I'm not sure I trust them yet, we will see how after this season is complete. Be that as it may I have said on here numerous times how they are perceived around the league. I am pretty sure that the same people will be in charge.
May Day 10 Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Best case scenario. El pegual isn't the guy to sit around and wait for the value and get outbid. He is the one guy in our corner who will set the value
YoloinOhio Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Count me in the group that doesn't care a whole lot about who buys the franchise, as long as they keep the thing in Buffalo. So yeah, this is great news. Sorry if this was asked elsewhere, but do Pegula or Golisano have kids? I mean, heirs? Pegula has heirs

Seles would get the team.
26CornerBlitz Posted June 12, 2014 Author Posted June 12, 2014 I can't hear enough of this! @JeffRussoWKBW Source: #Sabres owner Terry Pegula and his wife Kim interested in making a bid on the #Buffalo #BIlls. Determined to win bid.
Wayne Cubed Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Pegula has a few kids. Not sure about TG, but never heard that. Seles would get the team. I know TG has a daughter, built a huge house for her in Victor, but she didn't like it and never moved in.
Kelly the Dog Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I know TG has a daughter, built a huge house for her in Victor, but she didn't like it and never moved in. According to Wiki, he has two kids from his first marriage.
Kirby Jackson Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I know TG has a daughter, built a huge house for her in Victor, but she didn't like it and never moved in. Who is his daughter, Veruca Salt?

Wayne Cubed Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Who is his daughter, Veruca Salt? Haha no idea. Spent a couple million on the house though. My sister used to do property taxes, it's the only reason I know.
seq004 Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 (edited) Chances of a downtown stadium just greatly increased. Pegula has a few kids. Not sure about TG, but never heard that. Seles would get the team. I believe Tom Golisano has a son who is handicap. Edited June 12, 2014 by seq004
mrags Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Just reported on WGR within the last 20-30 mins. Word is that the Pegula Family has announced they are going to make a bid to buy the team.
Awwufelloff Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Pegulas best quote, "If I want to make some money, I'll go drill a gas well" http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/news/story?id=6147411
SF Bills Fan Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 This is tremendous news. Unless there is some group that comes out of nowhere and wildly overbids (like Ballmer), he will be the owner.
eball Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Getting goosebumps thinking about the prospect of Pegula owning the Bills. A man committed to bringing championships to both professional franchises, and keeping them right where they belong.

A man committed to bringing championships to both professional franchises, and keeping them right where they belong. Yep. Also thought it was interesting that the quotes are that it's Pegula and his wife that are interested, not just Pegula himself.
