Nanker Posted July 17, 2016 Author Posted July 17, 2016 Here's one that Rhino will appreciate. Here's another that compares it vis-à-vis with Rosatom. A little more juicy... New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, in Florida, keeps up the Democrat attacks on the deal. "These choices reveal a disheartening pattern of ideology, influence and incompetence that we have seen, and they violate our values and our interests," Clinton said. "I don't claim that Democrats are always right, but we are far more likely to make choices that reflect the values and advance the well-being of the American people." In her first public comments since Dubai Ports World volunteered to postpone its takeover, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said "We cannot cede sovereignty over critical infrastructure like our ports. This is a job that America has to do."
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 This from Hillary today. No. Seriously. Seriously? Seriously? She is a complete phony list criminal. How does she not get crushed by the press for this? The only administration to ever do those things was her previous boss! Wow if this woman becomes president were totally doomed. There is no honest press anymore to even remotely call her on it. They are all in the super secret club knob gobbling and carpet munching each other
B-Man Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 HILLARY IS UNEXCITING AT BEST, ALIENATING TO MOST: More Sanders voters say they will choose ‘other,’ or not vote, than back Clinton. Supporters of rebel Democrat Sen. Bernie Sanders are not following his lead in backing Hillary Rodham Clinton, detouring away from the establishment Democrat to other candidates including Donald Trump. A new Economist/YouGov poll showed that the email scandal, and FBI Director James Comey’s charge that Clinton’s behavior was “extremely careless,” has led Sanders backers to abandon the former secretary of State. Since Comey’s House testimony, support for Clinton has dropped 12 points, to 41 percent. For the first time, Sanders supporters now prefer either someone else or they won’t vote. It is the latest evidence that Clinton suffers from a trust and honesty deficit. And some 14 percent support Trump, a number that has increased in the last month as the Sanders campaign died. Nanker Posted July 18, 2016 Author Posted July 18, 2016  It's only been 24 years...maybe now she'll hit her stride... Right. Hope springs eternal. But getting the speech right worked wonders for a STATE Senator way back in 2004.
B-Man Posted July 18, 2016 Posted July 18, 2016 HILLARY EMBRACES LIBERAL EXTREMISM, Noah Rothman writes Democrats are fond of calling their Republican counterparts “extremists.” They’ve been deploying the charge since 2010 but, ha ving lost control of the House, Senate, over 30 governorships, and 900 legislative seats in that period, they don’t seem inclined to revise this strategy. Rarely do Republicans reply in kind. When they do, it’s even rarer that the political press uncritically echoes the charge that Democrats have become too extreme for middle America. That is no boon for Democrats, though. The party that quite nearly chose a self-described socialist to lead it has lost all perspective. There may be no better example of that inclination than Hillary Clinton’s latest campaign promise—one that has been applauded by her fellow liberals: a constitutional amendment to restrict free speech. That is the only way to characterize what Clinton has proposed, but it’s a description that is so self-evidently damning you’ll rarely see it in the press. “I will propose a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United,” Clinton pledged in a video her campaign released on Saturday. Clinton told progressive attendees of the annual “Netroots Nation” conference that, within one month of taking office, she planned to propose and advance an amendment that would re-impose the McCain-Feingold campaign finance restrictions, which were found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 2010. Respo nsible political observers dismiss this plan as simple pandering to an activist base of the Democratic Party, but that gives pundits and the press license to decline to dissect this anti-democratic proposal and its appeal to millions of liberals. Clinton and her liberal supporters believe the First Amendment to the Constitution must be curtailed to eliminate protections on certain speech. Hillary’s entire career has been dedicated to taking things away from you “on behalf of the common good,” to borrow from her rare moment of candor in 2004. It’s the intellectual milieu she’s been steeped in for her entire adult life.

Not surprising but I will point out that McCain and Feingold should have both stepped down for proposing and passing an unconstitutional law. There really is no greater failure for someone in their position.

DC Tom Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 POTENTIAL HILLARY RUNNING MATE Julian Castro Castro violated law with interview about Clinton. To the democrats thats a resume enhancer Because Castro acknowledged the mistake, no additional action is expected. And once again, any other federal employee I know gets canned. But I guess he was just "extremely careless," so it's okay.

And once more, he said that he, "never INTENDED to break any laws" and that right there is the difference. [/hypocrisy]
