B-Man Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 A rather illuminating look at the present state of the democrat Party. SHOCK POLL: 71% of Dems Say Clinton Should Keep Running Even If Indicted... Tuesday, May 31, 2016 Most continue to believe likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is a lawbreaker, but half of all voters also say a felony indictment shouldn’t stop her campaign for the presidency. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters think Clinton should immediately stop campaigning if she is charged with a felony in connection with her use of a private e-mail server while secretary of State. Fifty percent (50%), however, think she should continue running until a court determines her guilt or innocence. (To see survey question wording, click here.) Among Democratic voters, 71% believe Clinton should keep running, a view shared by only 30% of Republicans and 46% of voters not affiliated with either major party.

It's the same party that believes illegal immigrants aren't doing anything illegal.
Nanker Posted May 31, 2016 Author Posted May 31, 2016 Exactly. They want to make it a "hate crime" to call them "illegal".

Alaska Darin Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Eh, FOUO on portable media doesn't result in anything like that on its own. There's more to that story. Depends on the agency. In some places, thumbdrives are COMPLETELY verboten. Doesn't matter what you put on them - if you have one and you use it on a government IT system, you're done.

Doesn't matter what you put on them - if you have one and you use it on a government IT system, you're done. This instance was at Ft. Meade. I'll just leave it at that. (Side note: if you ever visit Ft. Meade, do not mistakenly take the NSA entrance. Particularly when it's the 11th of September and you're going on-base to meet a guy named - honest to God, no kidding - Mohammed. That was an...interesting...experience. "Does the guy behind me pointing that carbine at my head have the safety on?" "No." "Okay, thanks...") Edited May 31, 2016 by DC Tom

Austin Bay: So Many Warnings, So Many Lies: Clear Patterns Emerge in State Dept Doc: The system Clinton cheated exists because world is a dangerous place. Key bit: I carried a Top Secret clearance for over three decades. I understand the system we have in place to protect national security information. The system has excesses and inadequacies, but there are common sense procedures for dealing with mistakes, excesses and inadequacies. I respect the system’s purpose because I know the stakes. The system exists for a reason: the world is a dangerous place. Freedom is precious and fragile. Defending America—which still means defending freedom, and I’ll take on anyone who disagrees—requires keeping secrets.

The protesters are united in their support for Bernie Sanders, as well as their opposition to “a fraudulent Hillary nomination,” according to the group’s website. Some groups are planning to protest the DNC even without a permit. One smaller group of black activists, the Philly Coalition for Real Justice, has planned a “resistance march” against the Democratic party for allegedly breaking its promises to black voters. Lawyers for former State Department tech specialist Bryan Pagliano said in a court filing Wednesday that there's no valid reason to make an audio or video recording of the session since Pagliano doesn't plan to answer any of the questions he's asked Sure there's a valid reason: to have a record his plea. I mean, of course he's going to plead the 5th. I'd plead the 5th in his place. But "There's no need to record this because I'm not answering anything" is ridiculous logic. May as well just argue that there's no need to hold hearings because you're pleading the 5th.
