I cant imagine how scared the residents of Moncton must be. Everything is closed and locked down in the city. I think the fact that he is armed with assault riffles is pretty much scaring everyone and keeping them inside plus no one knows where he is so if someone is armed and shooting everyone on the streets there is no way I'm leaving the house. CBF Update: Officers surround a rooming house in Moncton, weapons drawn and snipers positioned. Reporters on scene are not sharing photos or the location of the confrontation at the request of officers.
