YoloinOhio Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 ProFootballTalk @ProFootballTalk 1m Marcell Dareus offered plea deal on racing charges, trial date set for September http://wp.me/p14QSB-9vKZ
thebandit27 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 you need to research Ed Reed and find out what his teammates and coaches thought of him. Teammates were said to have loathed him. He and Ray Lewis, as well as one or two more, created major rifts in the locker room between coaches and the team. Many times it was suggested that Reed would be the first to the media when something went wrong in the front offices and with the coaching staff Teams tend to abide that from guys that are among the greatest ever to play their position, as both Lewis and Reed were.
Doc Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 ProFootballTalk @ProFootballTalk 1m Marcell Dareus offered plea deal on racing charges, trial date set for September http://wp.me/p14QSB-9vKZ Yup, traffic ticket.
Mr. WEO Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Why would he not have accepted a plea offer yet? He knew it was coming...
NoSaint Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 If he is holding 28 gms, it's automatic distribution charge. Don't pin this on me. Cops aren't suspended for righteous collars in this country doc. it doesnt deserve its own thread, but i had to put it here... too perfect too pass. Officers wife alleges he was suspended for arresting an NFL player (and ticketing other politicians/police): http://www.fox8live.com/story/25866896/nfl-player-arrested-in-laurens-co also, update on sam montgomerys whereabouts ---- some guys just cant get out of their own way.
3rdand12 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Why would he not have accepted a plea offer yet? He knew it was coming... seems a bit odd. But its still on the table. I dont understand why they ( MD attorney ) did not take it and run . But i was never succesful in these matters of law

His wife also alleges her husband has a 10 inch penis.....because he told her it was. Looks like they suspended him for being a complete a*hole. Troopers--spend 95% of their day busting citizens on their way home....

Roger Goodell Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 It also doesn't look like Goodell is considering a suspension, either: https://twitter.com/...0177536/photo/1 The NFL will carefully evaluate each incident on its own and ensure any disciplinary action fits within the guidelines of the CBA and the NFL's code of conduct.
YoloinOhio Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Interesting article on synthetic marijuana and NFL players. I'm glad it isn't on the banned list but for his own health he's better off with real weed. http://www.ozy.com/fast-forward/the-perils-of-synthetic-weed-in-the-nfl/31822.article
Doc Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 (edited) Why would he not have accepted a plea offer yet? He knew it was coming... seems a bit odd. But its still on the table. I dont understand why they ( MD attorney ) did not take it and run . But i was never succesful in these matters of law Looks like the plea deal was for him to accept reckless driving. Even though it's just a moving violation and not even a misdemeanor, I can only assume he turned it down because they want him to surrender his license, which would be a big hassle for him. But apparently it's still on the table. Edited July 5, 2014 by Doc
