Doesn't Google have other more important business challenges than worrying about the composition of their workforce? color and gender matter because modern civil rights activists are not concerned with the individual, only that they're minorities or females. they fail to see the irony in their preoccupation with other peoples' differences while completely ignoring the talents, or lack thereof, of the individual. in particular is skin color, which they focus on with the same intensity as did the klansmen of the early 20th century.
