Did a search for Sam Schacher. I guess I would of held out for something better if I was JF...but to each his own.

unlikely these Plaintiffs even have standing to sue. Will be interesting to see. And as someone stated above, no one hand writes a Complaint. The thing seems to be a stupid prank, that will likely end up badly for the pranksters who think that abuse of process is a joke.

So the Plantiff was Theodore Bridgewater aka Teddy?

Also who hands writes anything legal is typed. This is a bad joke.

Pro Se jailhouse litigants say the darndest things. It's not a joke, at least the indications are it is not. It has a legitmate Federal Civil Matter docket number. Unfortunately, this happens a lot (on a lot less insane level, of course) when you have inmates with (a) a lot of time on their hands, (b) access to a law library and (c ) indigent person status that typically lets the courts waive their filing fees.

The process exists for the 1% of inmates who may have legitimate claims, but the other 99% of their filings are just like this; largely meritless nuisances. The sad thing is, if this gent properly serves the Defendants, they'll have to spend time and money to appear and seek dismissal of this crap-screed. The chances of the Court granting the TRO is 0%. But the standing issue would have to be raised by the Defendants, at their cost, at the time of their appearance.

Why is it that nobody can get University of Central Florida's name right? It's the 2nd largest school in the country!

And yes, that's the part I found most offensive about the lawsuit.
