Buffalo Barbarian Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Leonard Smith and Shane Conlan were named inductees into the College Football Hall of Fame. Congrats to both! Any special memories of either from their time in Buffalo? http://espn.go.com/c...hall-fame-class Awesome really loved those guys.
mrags Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I always liked LS. My sister had a crush on SC. Can't imagine why. He was one ugly MFer.
oman128 Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Shane was just the skinny leg kid from Frewsburg, who hit like a truck. I just watched some clips of him at Penn State on YouTube this kid could run and hit. The College Hall of Fame is well deserved.
BigdaddyinOrlando Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Smith brought the hit man attitude we needed and Conlon just flat showed up and did his job without the glamer and attention ! Man those were some incredibly dependable and fun defenses to watch!!!!
Max997 Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) Conlan is prob the most underrated player of those great Bills teams Edited May 23, 2014 by Max997
BillsPride12 Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 I'll always remember Leonard Smith for shaving the Bills logo onto his head and riding out on the carts that wheel away the injured players before the games at Rich stadium and getting the fans worked into a frenzy. He was def a fan favorite type of guy
