Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 Sorry if already posted... http://www.wgr550.com/pages/9034669.php?pid=402911 CBF
CodeMonkey Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 I know these guys have to make a living, but how many articles that say nothing new need to be written?
Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 20, 2014 Author Posted May 20, 2014 I thought the announcement of the banking firm is something new. Maybe it has been mentioned before. Like you said, so many articles... CBF
DanInUticaTampa Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 I haven't seen it mentioned in any article yet. If they are going to have a bank soon to do the vetting process, then they must already know who is and is not going to bid for the team. Toronto being so quiet makes me nervous.

No news is good news? When the rosters are crowing and the cows are spinning circles in the pasture?

We also have not had a formal announcement from Jacobs, Pegula or another dark horse candidate with local ties on what their plans are either. The serious candidates are probably waiting until the investment bank is in place to make their intentions known.

The serious candidates are probably waiting until the investment bank is in place to make their intentions known. There is no reason to make their intentions known to the public. The article as well as others said that Brandon has been talking to interested parties until the investment bank was in place. I suspect most, if not all, interested parties have made their intentions known. Just none of it is public so far.

BRAWNDO Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 Tim Graham @ByTimGraham 14m I'm told a Toronto-based group interested in buying the Bills is reconsidering because moving might be too difficult.

BobbyC81 Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 Regarding Tim Graham tweet: That would be great news! And at what point does Trump change his mind and back out?

If negotiations are going on there is usually a non-disclosure agreement. Everyone has to stay silent.
Kirby Jackson Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 It looks like Morgan Stanley will be handling it.
26CornerBlitz Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 (edited) It looks like Morgan Stanley will be handling it. @buffalobills Advisors hired for the sale of the #Bills http://ow.ly/x6B0M @JeffRussoWKBW It is anticipated that the transaction team will begin contacting prospective buyers within the next 30 days. #Bills Edited May 21, 2014 by 26CornerBlitz
BillnutinHouston Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Meanwhile, not a peep out of Pegula. I think he's playing it just right (assuming he's interested).
KevinInThe781 Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Can't believe they didn't choose Cellino & Barnes as legal counsel
